Before one decides to broadcast themselves there are certain elements that are critical to a successful night. Such as: lighting, camera angle, clean space... and so one. However, here is a list of rituals I complete before I go online that really no one would notice if I didn't do them.
1) Brush My Teeth

Don't get me wrong, brushing your teeth is very important besides your breath smelling good. However, what I mean is I will brush my teeth at night and then five minuets before my show brush my teeth, again. In my head I think, "Brush my teeth for the night" and "Brushing my teeth for my web show" are two different things.
2) Deodorant

Not only do I have a habit of putting on deodorant before my web shows but during as well. There is some weird comfort about smelling good even if no one else knows.
3) Lotion My Skin For Softness

I put on lotion for the health of my skin but I also put on lotion for the softness as well. Which no one else would notice but me because I am the only one touching myself.
4) Pick Up My Room

My room is already fairly clean, if I had a random guest over I would not feel embarrassed. However, there is a big difference between picked up but lived in and clean up and approved for guest. So, I actually wipe down surfaces, sweep my floors... but my camera is only focused on my bed. There is no point for me to clean areas that no one will see... yet I do it.
5) Wash My Blankets and Sheets Before and After|

I wash my bedding once a week but on the day I know I am going to do a webcam show I will throw my bedding in the washer and as they are in the dryer I will take a shower. Then I will make the bed and get ready. After my show I will throw them in the washer again and wait until they are in the dryer before I get a small sheet and blanket to sleep with.
So? Thoughts? Am I alone? Are these rituals really redundant or do you agree webcam girls should do this?
